Tuskys Supermarket is giving Kenyan families a chance to usher in the festive season in style through its inaugural Christmas Cantata.
“During this festive season, we are giving back to the customers by giving them a chance to engage with the suppliers, win prizes and children will also have fun,” said Frank Munguti of Tuskys Supermarkets.
The Christmas Cantata which started last week in Nairobi will hold its last leg outside of the capital city.
“Last week we were in Embakasi, Buruburu and Athi River. This coming weekend starting Friday 4 December we will be at Tuskys United in Kisumu and Tuskys Shiloah in Kakamega on Saturday 5 December,” said Frank.
Starting at 4pm on weekdays and noon on weekends until around 11pm, there will be numerous activities lined up.
“Customers will have a chance to interact with suppliers such as Unilever, Colgate, Weetabix among others. There will also be giveaways customers with loyalty cards will be able to earn triple points that day after shopping,” said Frank.
Children are well catered for in the Cantata with various games.
“As the parents are shopping, children will be able to play on the bouncy castle, get their faces painted and participate in other activities until around 11pm,” said Frank.
He goes on to assure the safety of the children as the activities will be happening in the Tuskys compound and there will also be staff at hand to take care of them.
In the evenings, the Cantata will be crowned with the lighting of a grand Christmas tree. There will also be artists performing.
“Some of the musicians we can expect are Bahati, Gloria Muliro and DJ Krowbar,” said Frank.
